Founder & Owner
Antonette founded InclusiveOne Home Care with a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves compassionate, respectful care that allows them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.
Before founding InclusiveOne, Antonette built a strong foundation in the home care industry, serving first as a caregiver before advancing into leadership roles as both an Office Manager and Community Liaison. Through those experiences, she gained firsthand insight into every aspect of home care—from providing compassionate, one-on-one support to clients to coordinating services and working closely with caregivers, families, hospitals, case managers, and community partners. Those experiences inspired her to create the kind of agency she always wished existed—one where people come before profits, families feel genuinely supported, and every client is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.
Antonette holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Education. Her educational background has strengthened her leadership, communication, and advocacy skills while reinforcing her lifelong passion for serving and empowering others—qualities that continue to shape the culture of InclusiveOne Home Care today.
As a hands-on owner, Antonette believes exceptional home care extends far beyond assisting with daily tasks. It means building meaningful relationships, providing peace of mind to families, and ensuring every client feels valued, heard, and genuinely cared for. She remains actively involved and encourages open communication because she believes trust is built through accessibility, honesty, and lasting relationships.
Looking ahead, Antonette is committed to growing InclusiveOne while strengthening partnerships throughout the community and supporting initiatives that enrich the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and the families who care for them.
Today, she continues to lead InclusiveOne with the same mission that inspired its beginning: to provide personalized home care that includes everyone while making a positive difference in the lives of clients, families, caregivers, and the community.
